AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between October 17, 2026 - May 15, 2027 only. This rate does not apply to 2027 - 2028 rental.

This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

Stepping out on the deck of "Brennan's on the Shore" will take your breath away with one of the best views from The Riggings complex on the southern end of Pleasure Island. This third floor walk-up condo is unique and equipped with all the basic house amenities you will need.

"Brennan's on the Shore" has the accommodations to sleep 6 with a Queen in the primary bedroom, a Twin bunk in the hall alcove and a sleeper sofa as well. The living room includes a TV with cable and Wi-Fi for your use.

There is assigned parking for 1 car near the unit and 1 additional space in the overflow lot across the street from the complex. Enjoy a swim in the oceanfront pool or a stroll on the beach, using the private beach access for guests of The Riggings. The beach re-nourishment project prohibits any one walking or sitting on the sand bags, they protect our beach.

At the Riggings Condos in Kure Beach, NC, enjoy a quiet escape in a one-bedroom condo with direct beach access. Located on the far south end of Pleasure Island in Kure Beach, this complex is near Fort Fisher aquarium and historic Civil War battlegrounds, and offers a pool.

This unit is just a short driving distance to the NC Aquarium and Fort Fisher Museum. Enjoy the 30-minute ferry ride over to the quaint little city of South Port. Even though you are down on the end of the island in peace and quiet, you aren’t far away from the Kure Beach Pier or the Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
