The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.

Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made.

Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. *As of 01/23/2026, the HOA advised that a multi-phase elevator modernization project across several of the Wrightsville Dunes buildings would be taking place. This investment will ensure greater reliability and safety for all residents and visitors. To minimize community-wide disruption, the work has been scheduled sequentially. During the projected dates of November 23 to December 28, 2026, the elevator in the respective building will be completely out of service. These dates are subject to change.
