The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

"The Sandals" features five large bedrooms and four full baths. The kitchen is modern and nicely equipped for the whole gang. You'll find everything you need to create memorable meals or simple snacks. With multiple decks you'll want to sit awhile and enjoy the breeze.
A grill is provided for outdoor cooking, and there's an outdoor shower to rinse off after the sandy beaches. The owner also leaves their beach toys, along with children's books and games as well as some great puzzles to challenge the whole crew. There is driveway parking for 3 cars.
