STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.

Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

As a part of the famed Pleasure Island, you will discover that Kure Beach is a small beach town with a big heart. During your stay at The Hidden Treasure Inn, you're only a short walk to our beautiful beaches and the Historic Kure Beach Pier. "The Gull" is Room 1 in a unique four unit Inn located on a quiet side street, only 2 blocks from downtown Kure Beach. Enjoy your own private entrance onto our shaded brick patio, where you will enjoy our beautiful gardens, fenced grassy yard with picnic tables and a hammock for relaxing after a day in the sun. You'll also want to spend time by the crystal clear pool.
"The Gull" is a one bedroom efficiency with a Queen Bed in the bedroom, and a daybed with Trundle in the Living area. The kitchenette is small but efficient, and will serve your family well while your at the beach although it is worth noting that there is no dishwasher or washer/dryer.
Everyone will love people watching from the porch, playing games on the manicured lawn, or preparing your catch of the day on the gas grill. You may never want to leave Hidden Treasure Inn; but if you do you'll find plenty to do with shops and restaurants nearby, along with the fishing pier, the NC Aquarium and historic Fort Fisher. The beach is a short stroll across the street to the public beach access.
