STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.
FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

As you enter the home you are instantly welcomed into the heart of the home! The beautiful kitchen forms a brilliant open living area that is filled with natural light and crisp décor. Complete with an eat in bar, the kitchen features granite counter tops, a generously sized undermount sink, large pantry, and stainless-steel appliances. A deck off the kitchen overlooks the community pool and is a perfect perch to relax with a cold beverage in the evenings. The open great room seamlessly flows to the dining area which will accommodate six guests, and then to the living room which is furnished with a large sectional sofa. A deck off the living room provides another outdoor oasis to escape to and is the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee.
Upstairs the first bedroom you will arrive to is the primary bedroom. Furnished with a plush king-sized bed, the primary suite includes a large walk-in closet, smart tv, dual vanity, and beautiful walk-in shower. Down the hall you will find the first guest bedroom which offers two twin-sized beds and a sizable closet complete with luggage rack. A full-size washer and dryer are in the hall closet for added convenience. There is a full bathroom located near the laundry room that serves the two guest bedrooms.
