AVAILABILITY:
Monthly rentals are available between September 15, 2026 - May 15, 2027 only. This rate does not apply to a 2027 - 2028 rental.

This property is primarily a vacation rental, and availability is subject to change as vacation rental bookings are made. The listing is updated weekly to reflect current availability. Vacation rental homes only accept monthly bookings from September to May; summer and peak season dates are excluded from monthly rentals.

STAY REQUIREMENTS:
The advertised rate applies only for stays within the specified date range and is subject to a minimum stay requirement of 60 days. For stays under 60 days or during peak season, the nightly market rate will apply. Monthly leases that meet or exceed 91 days are tax-exempt.

FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.

RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants and occupants aged 18 or older must complete an application for the group to be processed. Lease holder(s) must qualify independently without a co-signer in order to be approved. No Students.

DESCRIPTION:
This upscale four bedroom, three bath duplex has everything you need for a memorable beach stay. Just three short blocks to the ocean, you can enjoy fun days at the beach and relax by the pool in the evening.

The main level has a well-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a spacious living and a dining room that leads out to your private deck overlooking the pool. The third level is where you will find the primary bedroom suite with King bed, spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and an additional bedroom with Queen bed and bath. The first floor has a street side bedroom with a Double bed and pyramid bunk bed (Twin over Double) and an additional Queen bedroom with private deck.

"Hooked on Swordfish" shares a fenced in pool with the duplex.

While staying in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Watch the fishermen come in with the catch of the day at the marina or dine out with the family. Only a few miles south to the Ft. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
