FEES:
The advertised monthly rent does not include the refundable security deposit (can be up to double based on application processing), applicable taxes, cleaning fees, linens, travel or renters’ insurance, the $25 monthly processing fee or other optional fees. Monthly or periodic cleanings may be arranged through Bryant Real Estate at the tenant’s expense. Homes that allow pets require a non-refundable $400 pet fee per pet. Cats are not permitted.
RATES & PAYMENTS:
Payments due at move-in versus monthly rental payments will be decided by the agent and will be based on the duration and total cost of the lease. A detailed breakdown of payment amounts, and due dates will be provided when the lease is drafted for signature. In the event of a discrepancy or conflict between the monthly rate stated here and the rate on an online travel site or third-party booking agent, the greater rate will apply.

DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to "Sunny Vacations Villa” where the views of the Atlantic and Kure Beach Pier are right outside your door. This unique corner unit has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with an open living area to comfortably accommodate a family group of 13 and your sweet pups! It's just a short walk to get some great food and to enjoy the local things Kure Beach has to offer.
The ground floor has a neat bedroom at the back end of the garage with its own bathroom, TV, and an entry and exit that face Fort Fisher Blvd. There is a Twin and a pyramid bunk in the ground floor bedroom that has a Double bed with a Twin trundle underneath and a Twin bunk on top. As you go up to the first floor, you have a nice, updated kitchen with an open living area that has a dining area, two couches, and a door that leads out to the deck to show you its view. At the other end is a Queen bedroom with a connected bath. As you walk up to the top floor, you are greeted by a hallway that splits in three directions. Straight ahead is the laundry room; to the left is a King bedroom and a connecting bath that includes a stand-up shower as well as a tub. To the right leads to the open space and vaulted ceilings of the primary bedroom. The attached bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub and a stand-up shower, the open floor plan holds a King-sized bed and there is also a sleeper sofa. Don't forget to walk out on your own personal deck to enjoy your mornings! Just steps out the front door is a pool for your use.

Prohibited: Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Parking on the Grass, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
