3. What services do you offer?

We offer a wide range of services to ensure that all of your management needs are met. Our services include: advertising/marketing your property, detailed tenant screening, preparation of all lease documents, rent collection, preventative and responsive property maintenance, 24/7 emergency service, collecting and disbursing of security deposits, monthly and annual income and expense reporting, eviction representation and HOA conflict resolution. 4. How do I use the Owner Portal?

Click on LOGIN found in the Navigation Strip at the top of the page and select Owner.

5. What report do you provide me with detailing the activity on my property?

We offer monthly Income and Expense reports and copies of all invoices will be emailed to you on the 15th of every month. In addition, we offer your online owner portal where you can reference prior monthly reports.

6. How often do you inspect my property?

We conduct a detailed move-out/move-in inspection and/or an annual inspection of every home. Additionally, we are able to conduct routine inspections at no additional charge if the need arises or is requested.
