1. Why should I rent with Bryant Real Estate?

Experience. Bryant Real Estate has been managing properties in the Wilmington area since 1952.

Technology. We offer online rent and utility payments for our tenants through our Tenant Portal. Maintenance requests can also be submitted online.

2. How do I use the Tenant Portal?

Click on LOGIN found in the Navigation Strip at the top of the page and select Tenant. From there, you will be prompted to “click here” to give an email address and create a password if you have never logged on before. You will receive a verification email to the email address you used to sign on, and then, you have access to your Tenant Portal! Also, the staff at Bryant Real Estate can also send you an activation email if you give us a call at (910)799-2700 or 1 (888) 364-1307.

3. Do I have to transfer the utilities into my name?

Water/Sewer in New Hanover County and Brunswick County are billable and payable to Bryant Real Estate. Trash services are combined with water/sewer billing on City of Wilmington properties. Trash services are included in rent for Brunswick County properties. Bryant will invoice tenants for water/sewer usage and provide a copy of the invoice. The specific utilities companies that service your rental will be addressed at lease signing. You can also find important phone numbers under the Tenant tab at the top of the page and under the Utility Info section.

4. How do I put in a maintenance request?

For non-urgent maintenance items, tenants can submit maintenance requests online, which will be addressed during business hours. If your maintenance issue is an emergency, you must call our office at (910) 799-2700 or 1 (888) 364-1307 to notify our maintenance technician of your emergency request. 5. I have pets or plan to get a pet. What do I need to do?

If you are looking to rent with Bryant Real Estate and have a pet, we typically have several properties that allow pets. We identify those properties in our vacancy advertisement under amenities and can also inform you when you call our office at (910) 799-2700.

If you are already renting a property through Bryant Real Estate, and you would like to get a pet, please call our office to ensure that the property allows pets. If pets are allowed at your rental, then we can draft a Pet Addendum to your lease (requires your signature) and collect applicable pet fees and deposits.
